Coca-Cola Bottle, Atlanta

To design a structural support system for a 28′ tall, 4,000 pound glass fiber reinforced Coca-Cola bottle with interior lighting, which is to be featured at the entrance of the new Coca-Cola museum site.

CBI incorporated steel cables as wheel spokes on the interior to support the structure as well as minimize lighting obstruction.  Steel cables were also used for support in the transportation of the bottle from the New Hampshire fabrication plant to the site in Atlanta.
